This beautiful cabin is Brand New and we can't wait for you to make the best memories on this property. We just finished the outdoor landscape/firepit area and are so excited for our guest to a cool evening around the fire. You won't want to miss the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our wrap-around deck while drinking a hot cup of coffee or sitting in the hot tub. You can also spot turkey in the front yard and if you're lucky maybe even a moose. (Warning Signs on the Road for them)

This home has a beautiful open floor plan that allows you to stay connected with the rest of the group in the living or dining room, even while being in the kitchen cooking. House Rules

Hi! We can’t wait to be your hosts and hope you enjoy our property as much as we do. However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our property. We love our neighbors (and the owners who live here) and want to respect them, so we ask you to be respectful to our rules. 1. All New York Residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guest as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. 4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules section. 5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the Welcome Book. (Book can be found after arrival) 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for everyday of the rental period) 7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 8. No pets allowed. $200 fine if rule is broken. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests. You may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. The use of the Hot Tub is at your own risk. Please Do NOT add anything to the hot tub. $150 fine if this rule is broken. 12. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO DO DURING YOUR STAY! - Adirondack Lakes & Trails Outfitter (They have rentals for an unforgettable experience. Take your fishing rods, bait and snacks and enjoy a fun day for all ages. The water is clear, 2-8’ deep and is loaded with smallmouth and large month bass. Make sure to check out the owners experience by scrolling to the end of our photos on this listing. They couldn't stop raving about their experience and said it was a HIGHLIGHT for the kids.) - STUNNING VIEWS AND SUNSETS: Turn right at the end of the driveway and go to the top of the hill where it flattens out into some Beautiful open fields and old barns. It's absolutely stunning! There is also a road side stand called "Norman Ridge Farmstead" that sells beef cuts to grill, as well as fresh berries and eggs. (See photos under listing) SNOWMOBILING: A map of nearby Snowmobiling trails is listed in our photos. - Farmhouse Snowmobiling and Go-karts have raving reviews and they do guided tours with snowmobiles in the winter and go-karts in the summer. (8 miles) - Adirondack Snowmobiles offer guided tours and snowmobile rentals to individuals on a 2 sled minimum. They also have boats available to rent in the summer time. (17 miles) LOCATIONS: - Lake Placid - 20 Miles (Approx. 30 mins) - Whiteface Lodge: Checkout what they have to offer throughout the year. SUMMER - trails for hiking and biking, golf on 5 nearby courses, rock climbing, whitewater rafting and fishing. Their canoe club is stocked with complimentary kayaks, pedal boats, canoes and more. WINTER - skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating rink complete with complimentary ice skates, etc. - Cascade Cross Country Ski Center Saranac Lake - 9.3 Miles (Approx 15 mins) - Dewey Mountain Recretion Center - Mt Pisgah Ski Area EVENTS: Lake Placid Horseshow - 20 Miles (Approx 30 mins) Lake Placid Ironman - 20 Miles (Approx 30 mins) I couldn't find an exact address. Stunning cabin with spectacular view of the mountains. Host was friendly, accommodating, and always reachable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. The weather could have been better but next time we may go earlier in the fall as I’m sure the fall colours must be incredible. We were lucky there was lots to do inside with a pool table, foozball, and corn hole. Fun games and books for the kids too.
