Our home has so many great things that we're excited to offer you for your vacation to Sarasota. We absolutely love the location of our home and how central it is to so many necessities. We've got delicious restaurants, cafes, grocery stores all within a mile.

The Kitchen, Dining Room & Living Room is in the middle and the other 2 Bedrooms (Queen Beds) + Bathroom are on the left wing of the home. There's a sunroom where we have a Pullout sofa, kids toys & Laundry/Bath Room that lead out to the pool area. NOTE: *This property has a pool that is 5’-6' deep. By renting this property you agree to not hold the homeowner or anyone who manages this property liable for any accidents that may occur involving the use of the pool. Swim at your own risk. NO GLASS BY POOL. *If you need anything, please contact us through the Airbnb messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST. **We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. These rain storms can also change the temperature of the pool at times. Our pool is set between 78- 85*F. Thank you for your patience. *This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.

You will find a welcome book upon arrival. It will be filled with information about the property as well as tourist attractions, recommended restaurants/cafes, emergency numbers and more. **Specific amenities we are providing to get you started: Linens for each Bed Towels and Washcloths (# on reservation) 1 Rolls of Paper Towels Bottle of Dish Soap 3 Dishwasher Pods Sponge 3 Trash Bags Coffee (Medium Roast) 2 packet Coffee (Decaf) 2 packet Nespresso Machine 6 pods 3 Laundry Detergent pods 3 Rolls of toilet paper Bath essentials - Body soap, shampoo & conditioner *But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need* **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. **Please do not park your vehicle in the garage. **Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.

House Rules

Hi! We can’t wait to be your hosts and hope you enjoy our property as much as we do. However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our property. We love our neighbors and want to respect them, so we ask you to be respectful to our rules. Note: Guest booking must be 21+ years of age. 1. All Florida Residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No partied, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. 4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules section. 5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the Welcome Book. (Book can be found after arrival) 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period) 7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr. for each hour thereafter. 8. No pets allowed. $200 fine if rule is broken. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests. You may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

Guest Access

You have access to the entire home except for the cabinets in the garage & a cabinet in the hallway closet. The owner keeps some of his personal things in these spaces. These spaces are off limits to guests.

The house was clean and organized. The beds were super comfortable. It was easy to relax at the pool or with a drink by the firepit. It was within walking distance to Legacy Trail. I would recommend walking down to the Parrot for dinner. If you're from Western New York, they have Beef on 'Weck, but the Grouper Reuben was delicious. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to make a meal.

We stayed in this wonderful house for 8 days. Here you have everything you need for a good vacation. Cleanliness is good. The beds are comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen and good outdoor facilities. The surroundings are quiet but an easy walk to good restaurants and many golf courses in a short distance. A great start to the day is then to take a walk or run on the Legacy trail which is only a few meters away. So whether you want to sit by the pool and take it easy or be active, I highly recommend the house. I hope to come back there next year

We had a wonderful stay in Sarasota! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the pool area and it is perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and clearly take great care of the property. Highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting the area!
