Good to know
The main house master suite is located on the first floor with a large ensuite. The soaking tub is by a large window to enjoy the water views. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs and there is an elevator if needed. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. Sleeps 15 in beds and 2 on a pullout couch. The cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Total number of guests 23! The large kitchen has 2 islands, 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers. There are 3 refrigerators in total. The bar area has a mini fridge. The home also boasts a sunroom, office, library with pool table, and an elegant dining room as well as a breakfast area for 8. Almost every room has views of the water. The pool and pergola seating area with fireplace is right off the kitchen. Pool can be heated for an extra fee.
