House Rules

Hi! We can’t wait to be your hosts and hope you enjoy our property as much as we do. However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our property. We love our neighbors and want to respect them so we ask you to be respectful to our rules. 1. All Pennsylvania Residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. 4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules section. 5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the Welcome Book. (Can be found after arrival) 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for everyday of the rental period) 7. Unless previously agreed upon with the host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 8. No pets allowed. $200 fine if this rule is broken. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests. You may be charged the amount owed to discount or refund, said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in the dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

Kathryn was always very attentive whenever I messaged her. The house was very clean and neat. We usually go to Intercourse and Bird in Hand to stay, but there was a sale in Honeybrook so we decided to stay there. We really enjoyed that area, not many tourists and no traffic. Yet close enough to those other locations to drive. We found a delicious little dinner in White Horse, (about 4 miles from the house) called White Horse Luncheonette. The location of the house was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation, which made getting around really convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh linens, toiletries, and a well equipped kitchen. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle free stay. I’d happily book here again!

We had a great stay in this cozy house! It is in a very quiet location and the outdoor space is spacious and beautiful. The house was incredibly clean and all the furniture was very comfy. There were plenty of supplies provided for the kitchen, as well as for traveling with littles. We will be staying here again the next time we're in the area!

Kathryn was a gracious and proactive host who really cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated about the location and the house a couple months before we actually checked in and she was always friendly and went above and beyond. The house itself is perfect and we loved the location. Stepping out to farmland in the morning on a quiet street…. Is something that’ll be hard to leave behind. There were great amenities, and literally everything we needed. Loved the decor, the Bible verses, the little coffee section, the backyard…. All around one of my favorite Airbnbs. We were there for work but I can’t wait to go back just to relax sometime.

This is now the second time we have stayed at this location and enjoyed it even more the second time around. We were travelling into Philadelphia while looking for a place to stay away from the city and this was perfect. I will definitely have to come back again.
