**DISCOUNT for 7+ nights, the longer you stay the higher the discount. We love hosting long term guests, so let us know if there's anything we can do to make that possible for you. We strive to have our apartment clean and welcoming - our apartment has the perfect touch to make it a memorable getaway. NOTE: This apartment is on the top part of a house that is rented out to Long term renters. So there is potential for some noise but we do have a sound maker in the apt to help with any noise whether its traffic noise from the main road or from the renters below. You also share an entrance door. However, you each have your own Keypad door & double lock for your protection. The other renters do not have access to this apt code.

House Rules

Hi! We can’t wait to be your hosts and hope you enjoy our property as much as we do. However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our property. We love our neighbors or any other renters on the property and want to respect them, so we ask you to be respectful to our rules. 1. All Lancaster County Residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guest as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No partied, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. 4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules section. 5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the Welcome Book. (Book can be found after arrival) 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for everyday of the rental period) 7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 8. No pets allowed. $200 fine if rule is broken. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests. You may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

We know most of our surrounding neighbors and they are all wonderful folks. One of my favorite things about our location is that we are right in the middle of so many popular places. You will have pretty much any option no matter which direction you decide to go up Route 23. :) Take 23 West and within approx. 4 miles you could be driving thru downtown Lancaster. This will leave you with an endless amount of options. From the Farmers Market, to ice creams shops, and basically a million different cafe options. (Okay not literally, but the options are too many to count. :)) ◼◼Check out my Guidebook attached to this listing for my favorites◼◼ Head 23 East and within 2 miles you will find Sharp Shopper (Grocery Store) Funcks Restaurant, Pizzaiola, Dunkin', Leola beverage, Wu's Garden & many more. The town of Intercourse is approx 9 miles from apt and definitely a recommended stop while you're here. You will have lots to do between Kitchen Kettle Village, Horse and Buggy ride, Smucker's Village & Cafe + so many more shops along the main street. You will have no problem spending a whole day in this beautiful town. Loved staying here! The place was beautiful and spotless, and it was exactly what we needed. The bathroom was also very spacious which was super nice, since I was there to get ready for a wedding. 10/10!
